In Memory- Suzanne Sjostrand

Suzanne first touched Zonta when she travelled as part of an international delegation to the Eastern Bloc and met local Zontians. She met a young boy in an orphanage and supported him over the years until he was self-sufficient.

That first international connection was special. Here Suzanne (far right) and other club members welcome a visiting Zontian from Bulgaria!

A valued member of the club for several years, Suzanne embraced the services provided by the club: here she presents a cheque to a recipient.

She attended numerous Zonta International Conventions. In this photo, she and two club members join members of the sister club: Zonta Club of Kyoto II.

Still, there was always time for fun as seen here at this Fiesta-themed social!
